I hated it but needed something to protect and prop the iPad. Too make a long story short, that cover was troublesome from the start but then after approximately 5 months later it started to crack. By this time Amazon had a selection of iPad Air covers. I have now had this one about two weeks and so far it exceeds the quality of that overpriced Targus cover. My only complaint is that I wish it had a softer, more padded exterior. I’ll list all the positives of this cover. One, the price! Two, this cover not only is easy to put on but also fits perfectly. Third, and this is an important one for those who like to use their iPad in different positions; the grooves in which the tablet can be set are the deepest I’ve seen. So no matter what position it is in, it is very stable. And there are more grooves allowing for more choices in position. Fourth, the rotating part is not too loose and not too tight. In summary, I am very happy with this cover so far and if you are ok with a non leather cover, I highly recommend this case. After trying many cases for my ipad air which didn’t work, I was not expecting much from this one. When I received it, I was surprised at how beautiful the case was and it’s very good quality. Also, with every other case I ordered the grooves were so shallow the ipad could not stand up and the sleep wake function never worked. Everything works perfectly on this one. I’m thinking about ordering other colors. I’m so in love with this case. Makes my air look beautiful and it’s not too bulky. They sent me out a new one and it was fine. I read some reviews talked about a strong smell I didn’t have that with this case. Also there was complaints about it not waking it are putting your iPad asleep. What you must know is there is a magnet at the corner of the case your iPad has to be positioned a certain way for that to work so I recommend if it is not waking your iPad when you open it turn your iPad around and it should work . I have had more expensive cases and this one works just as well as the more expensive . You cannot beat the price on this I would highly recommend it and I will buy them again. 0 |
