Dang – I will probably still use this but I wanted it for behind my kitchen trash can where the wall is being scraped away, slowly, but surely (despite telling the kids and my husband, all the time, to ensure it is not hitting the wall).

Well, I guess I should have looked at the specs, but the picture, to me, looked slightly oval, so I ordered two; both for different parts of the wall that are being scraped away by two different trash cans.

These are round. 5″ all around.

I will try them anyhow, but I really wanted oval ones. If they don’t fit over the spots, I will return and look for oval…

Maybe they are not oval but they work great! They do fit over the scraped-up parts of the walls in kitchen and bathroom. Have this in the kitchen behind the trash can and also in the bathroom behind the trash can and my scraped-up walls are covered and not being scraped-up anymore! It also looks good and even goes with my slightly off-white walls. They were easy to apply and are definitely stuck on the wall and will not fall off. This eliminates me having to always tells the kids and husband to, “Make sure the can is not hitting the wall when you open it with your foot!!!”

Happy with the product and I recommend it.

This is a great wall protector, easy to use and install. Just peel off the covering and stick to wall where the door handle hits. Very sturdy and has not even marked up from all the hits.

Update : Still works great, does not stand out that you have it installed, very happy with it.

Straight forward does what it is suppose to do. Covers a hole in your wall from a door knob nicely!
