This review is from: Set of 4 Clips Brick Clip Hooks (Kitchen) I used these in my office, not all of our bricks have a lip for this to grip onto, so my choice of placement was limited. I did have to hammer them on a little bit because it’s difficult to push them into place without hurting your hand. However, the bigger the lip on the brick, the easier it was to use. It was certainly effective and once it was up, it worked beautifully. It only took seconds to install, and if you have bricks with a lip on them, I’m sure you’d be happy with this product. It completely avoids the need to drill into the brick and leave those wholes there. I think that is a huge draw. If you ever want to redecorate/ move you won’t have to worry about leaving ugly marks all over the brick. I hung clocks on them, they have held very sturdy, and I have no fear of them falling, but I can’t speak for heavier items as I haven’t tried it yet. I can say they did feel very snug on the brick, and I would believe it could hold quite some weight.
