I was a bit hesitant to buy this particular brand because it had zero reviews on it, while another option already had many reviews and about 3.5 starts so clearly the other brand was not stellar". Because I am one of the first buyers, I have the privilege of being the first reviewer. I received this yesterday, well ahead of the original promise date, and put it immediately to use. The pole is of very high quality, 3 segments that nestle into one another. The pole is made of aluminum with plastic ends that are rotated to lock or unlock into desired length (I believe around 11 feet max fully extended and 5 feet when minimized for storage). It made it easy to reach the ceiling lights on the second floor from the bottom floor. I was pleasantly surprised that they also include two rubber extraction tools in case the bulb breaks from the base (maybe I missed it in the description). Sure enough, one on the bulbs I was replacing separated and having the tools to remove them saved me from having to make a 0 service call (two sizes are included). The florescent bulb holder gripped the bulb well and after the install, pulled off it with no issues. i was a bit nervous as it was grabbing the glass, but it worked flawlessly. The only thing I would change is the suction cup attachment as it seamed to be a little tough clear plastic rather than softer plastic and did not grip well so I used the other attachment instead. Of course it’s a balancing act because the suction cup attachment needs to grip well enough to make the installation, but not so well that it sticks so well that you cant let go of the bulb after the install. Anyway, I think it could be improved but did not effect me because they included other attachments that did the job. I would definitely recommend this product

Took me a bit of time to figure out how to use it as there were just about zero instructions included and those I was given were not in English, however, a bit of trial and error and next thing I know we have light!
I was positive I was going to have to climb on a ladder, on the stairs and break my neck when I fell… then, of course, I could have perhaps talked the attending EMT’s into changing the bulb for me before we left for the hospital, however, I purchased this instead and no one got hurt. 🙂
I received every item pictured INCLUDING the pole.
Future improvements I would suggest: Design pole so it doesn’t "unscrew" itself when turning and include a more detailed explanation for use.

Overall works as advertised. I have only used the suction cup for changing flood lights.
I can’t provide to much on the other attachments.

Con:The thumb set screw was a little frustrating. I had issues with it gripping the threaded portion of the pole. As you try to rotate the bulb the attachment would rotate on (or off) the pole. This could definitely be improved.

Due to dust buildup on the lights I had to spray the suction with some glass cleaner to clean the bulb. You need to let it dry a little before it will get a good grip.
