This indoor thermometer includes an LCD read out of room temperature. Connect to the IMS-4000 Host or Node (purchase separately) and mount this IMS sensor on a wall or to a single gang electrical box. A CAT5 cable connects the temperature sensor connects to the IMS-4000 Host or Node. The RJ-45 cable connection from the sensor to the Host or Node can use your existing network wiring infrastructure. For example, install the sensor in another room or another floor. Connect the sensor to your structured wiring network via an RJ-45 jack.
