- To ensure a proper installation your home should be no more than 2500 square feet and have only one breaker panel. A phase coupler is required in some home installations. Not intended for use in multi-dwelling (condo, apartment, duplex) units.

This review is from: Simply Automated UCS-01 UPB Controller Scheduler-Timer (Tools & Home Improvement) I couldn’t be happier with this product. With the appropriate modules, I’m able to set indoor and outdoor lighting based on dusk to dawn or variations +/- 1 hour from those times with termination times. For instance, outdoor landscape lighting is programmed on 15 minutes before dusk and off at 10pm. Then it’s back on at 4:30 am and off 30 minutes before dawn. Lots of other schedules available too. Never has to have time adjusted. Loss of power memory is good for days. I’m also able to control the Watts hot water circulator based on time of day, day of week, and also utilize push button overrides to give me a 1 hour or 2 hour interval. Again, lots of other options. You can program it with your PC (software available for free from the website (works with XP or Win7, I’ve used both) and save the entire profile on your PC/laptop. Or enter the more basic (lighting) programs directly using the controller’s keypad. 0 |
