According to the description this is the hard-wire version, but the picture shows the plug-in version and when we placed the order, we received the plug-in version as well.Update: The vendor (Warmly Yours) handled this issue very quickly and courteously. BTW, I installed this product in another bathroom for over 2 years and it is working very well. So, the quality of the product is great and from this experience, their product support is also first class. 0 |

Works as advertised. Works best with an automatic timer to heat towels at least 30 minutes before they are used, I turn off the timer 30 minutes after use to dry them. I also interlace the towels between each rail to get maximum contact between the rails and towels for a more uniform heating.There’s nothing like getting out of the shower on a cold morning, grabbing a warm towel and covering your head in it.

The towel warmer portion is as advertised. Warms up fairly quickly. Not all rails warm up to the same level. The mounts are plastic and I’m concerned about the long-term stability of them. Install myself. Not over difficult if you have available wire (I’m not an electrician). The install instructions were terrible.I would recommend going with a higher level and look for a warmer with a built in timer and metal wall mounts.
